Anxiety & Stress

Healing our true selves and behaviors to experience real connection

Everyone experiences anxiety at some point in their lives. It is the familiar feeling of an uncomfortable, apprehensive sense of worry. Anxiety is normal and instinctual. Many things can leave us feeling anxious or stressed such as meeting deadlines, family problems or relationship conflicts, financial burdens, and health.

“Experiencing anxiety means that it involves more than the occasional feelings of fear and worry. It can be mentally consuming and overwhelming without reprieve. People who struggle with anxiety disorders experience ongoing anxiety which can become worse over time.”
